Hello my name is Christy Hanson.  Creative Adventures Child Care is located in my home. CACC has been in business for 10 years. I have been married for 11 years & have 4 amazing children. They are 12, 9, 8, & 16 mo. I truly enjoy caring for children & helping them learn, grow, & develop new skills.  I have my CDA (Childhood Development Associate) to help make Creative Adventures an enriching experience for all the age groups I care for.

I have a very active family & we enjoy tennis, biking, boating, & other outdoor activities.  I also enjoy reading, shopping, gardening, & spending time with friends & family.

Listed below are some of my trainings & qualifications:

• 10 years of experience as a licensed child care professional

•  15 years of child care experience as a licensed child care provider, as a nanny, working in a child care center, & a Girl Scout camp counselor.Currently on the board of directors for the Steele County Child Care Association
  

• Previous board of directors members at Associated Preschool
  

• Experienced mother of three school age children
  

• Attend at least 12 hours childcare training per year 
  

• Certified in CPR/First Aid & keep certifications current 
  

• Attend SIDS & SBS (shaken baby syndrome) training annually
